YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you choose your equipment.

Which kiwifruit processing route should I choose?

Choose a puree line when the target is fruit pulp or puree, a juice line when extraction and liquid separation define the product, or treatment modules when you already have prepared puree or juice. The incoming material and finished package determine the equipment scope.

Can I buy individual machines instead of a complete line?

Yes. Start with the equipment you need and describe its upstream feed and downstream connection. Washing, sorting, pulping, tanks, thermal processing, bulk filling and CIP can be discussed as individual equipment duties or as parts of a coordinated line.

What information is needed for a useful quotation?

Tell us your incoming material, required output per hour, target product and package. Include the project country, available utilities and whether you need a new line or an addition to existing equipment. A short enquiry is enough to start.

Can the same line make puree and juice?

Some equipment duties can be shared, but puree texture and juice separation call for different product criteria. Preparation, extraction, screening and downstream treatment should be reviewed together before a combined route is selected.

Does a kiwifruit line include a separate peeler?

Not as a standard module in this equipment range. Peeling and screening are different duties. If your product requires peeled or trimmed fruit, state who supplies that upstream step and how it is verified before the pulper scope is finalized.
